This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of various frequencies as detailed below. The purpose is to provide support to the broadcast television networks for coverage of the Republican National Convention that is scheduled to take place at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, MN between September 1 and September 4, 2008.
