Request for Extension of Construction Deadline Receive—Only Earth Station E090161 FCC File No. SES—REG—20090904—01129 Dear Ms. Dortch: Service Electric Cablevision, Inc. ("Service Electric‘"), hereby requests an additional six (6) months, through March 2, 2011, to submit a Certificate of Completion of Construction for Earth Station E090161 (the "Station"). The current construction deadline is September 2, 2010. The Commission previously granted Service Electric‘s February 16, 2010 request for an initial extension of the construction deadline. However, due to unforeseen delays beyond its control, Service Electric has been unable to proceed with construction as scheduled. The station is a newly authorized receive—only facility that will be located at a previously unconstructed location in rural Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. Consequently, in addition to construction of the building itself, Service Electric must also address the issues of providing utility services to the building site. Service Electric continues to take all available steps to complete this facility, including obtaining all necessary utility easements and local government permits. Service Electric is working diligently with the local government officials, but cannot proceed with construction until such time as the government permits are issued. Consequently, Service Electric respectfully requests the Commission to grant an additional six (6) months, to March 2, 2011, in which to have the Station constructed and operational.
