This refers to application, File No. 0079-EX-ST-2015, for an experimental authorization.

You are advised that the Commission is unable to grant your application for the facilities requested.
Panasonic has filed multiple STAs and applications for similar Tped testing. Given the nature of the need
for repeated testing as airplanes are available Panasonic should file for a regular 442 application rather
than an STA to reduce the burden on the applicant and Commission of multiple filings.
