("SMCC"), this letter is being submitted in order to surrender the International Section 214 authorization File No. ITC-214-20030311- 00123 currently held by SMCC. By separate letter, SMCC's ultimate parent corporation, SkyWave Mobile Communications, Inc. ("SMCI"), will be submitting a notification under Section 63.21(h) of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 63.21(h), to indicate that its subsidiary SMCC will continue to operate (to the extent necessary) under the International Section 214 authorization currently held by SMCI (File No. ITC-214-20050920-00375). Accordingly, the surrender of this International Section 214 authorization will not result in any impairment or discontinuance of service to the customers of SMCC and SMCI.
