FCC Form 312 Exhibit F August 2016 Greater Media, Inc. (“Greater Media”), Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (“BBGI”) and Beasley Media Group 2, Inc. (“Beasley 2,” and together with BBGI, “Beasley”) are parties to an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 19, 2016 (the “Merger Agreement”), pursuant to which control of the FCC licenses held by Greater Media, including the authorization that is the subject of this application, will be transferred to Beasley. In connection with the Merger Agreement, Beasley 2 will merger with and into Greater Media. Following the merger, Greater Media will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beasley Media Group, Inc. (“Beasley Media”), which is an indirect subsidiary of BBGI. Upon consummation of the transaction described herein, Beasley Media, the proposed transferee, will own all of the issued and outstanding stock of Greater Media. Grant of this application will allow Beasley to continue to use the satellite earth station that is the subject of this application to facilitate operations. The parties to this application respectfully submit that the transfer proposed in this application will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity. 334876
