Sinclair Television Group, Inc. FCC Form 312 August 2013 Ex. F Sinclair Television Group, Inc. (“STG”), the proposed transferee, seeks Commission consent to the transfer of control of Charleston Television, LLC., the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E060050 and receive-only earth station E060149 (the “Earth Stations”), from Allholdco, Inc. to STG (collectively the “Parties”). The Earth Stations are used in the operation of WCIV(TV) (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Charleston, South Carolina. The Parties are concurrently filing a Media Bureau transfer of control application, on FCC Form 315, seeking consent to the transfer of the TV Station. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
