Specifically, under the terms of his will, Joe L. Allbritton created a new trust to inherit all ofhis direct and indirect interests in Perpetual Corporation and Allholdco, Inc. Because the estate has not yet completed probate, Mr. Allbritton‘s stock cannot be transferred to the new trust. Accordingly, the licensee cannot consummate the transaction, and seeks a further extension of time until the probate process is complete and the terms of the will can be executed.
