SSC Space US Inc. dba Universal Space Network (USN) a Delaware corporation, seeks FCC approval for a special temporary authorization to support of the Launch and Early Orbit (LEOP) of the Syracuse4A spacecraft. The authority sought here will allow for the support of the initial low earth orbit for a period of 30 days. An additional authority may be sought to continue the orbit raising to the spacecrafts geosynchronous parking orbit of 46 degrees east.
