Modification of E150116 to add a new 7.6 meter Ku-band antenna. This modification will also add extended Ku-band frequencies (13.75 - 14.0 GHz) to the existing 9 meter antenna on this license, as well as, the new 7.6 meter antenna. This modification has been pending since 2019 under file number SES-MOD-20190820-01061. The STA is necessary since the requested modification has not been granted and critical projects are in jeopardy due to these delays.
