- Universal Space Network requests extension of its Special Temporary Authority for 30 days to allow its earth to continue to communicate with, and transmit to, the Athena satellite. The earth stations are currently being used for telemetry, tracking and control communications with the satellite in the portions of the S- and X- frequency bands for which the satellite is already authorized. The authority sought here will allow Athena to continue leveraging the increased diversity of the earth stations to accelerate and facilitate commissioning the satellite
