- USN ground station in Alaska has been requested to assist the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC) with the Pre-LEOP testing support for the November launch of Sentinels-6 using the on-orbit Sentinels-1A, 2A, and Jason-3 spacecraft's. Communications will consist of ranging tone uplink, telecommand, and telemetry of the spacecraft's. The test campaign will have a duration of 8 days spread out in 4 weeks starting on Sept 7th, 2020.
