COMSAT, Inc. ('COMSAT') respectfully requests an extension, effective September 20, 2020 of the grant of Special Temporary Authority ('STA') permitting COMSAT to operate the Santa Paula Teleport Hub antennas, identified as SAPA 15 and SAPA 41, which are the subject of application for permanent authorization under file number SES-MFS-20200521-00554 while the Commission processes the application. The STA extension requested is for SAPA 15 to transmit and receive in the Extended and Standard Ku-band and SAPA 41 to receive in the Extended and Standard Ku-band and transmit in the Standard Ku-band to communicate with the following Satellites: Eutelsat 174 A (S2610) at 174.0 E.L., SES-11 (S2964) at 104.95 W.L., Eutelsat 172 B (S3021) at 172 E.L. and Eutelsat 133 WA (S3031) at 132.85 W.L.
