(SES) requests special temporary authority (STA) for a period of up to 30 days to permit earth station KA288 to communicate with the Dutch−licensed NSS−6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control (TTC) for the satellite at 86.8 deg. W.L. +/- 0.1 degrees. The Commission previously authorized this earth station to perform TTC for NSS-6 at this location in File No. SES-STA-20190325-00400, granted June 5, 2019, and a copy of that grant is attached for the Commission's convenience. SES seeks authority to use the same TTC frequencies pursuant to the same conditions set forth in that prior grant, and SES incorporates by reference the supporting documentation supplied with File No. SES-STA-20190325-00400.
