SES Americom, Inc. respectfully requests immediate earth station special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to permit SES to continue to use its E170089 earth station to perform Tracking, Telemetry and Command for the ASTRA 1H spacecraft using Ku-band frequencies in order to maintain the satellite at 67.1 W.L. and in support of orbit raising maneuvers that are expected to commence on or about October 12, 2019.
