SES request Special Temporary Authority (STA) for 60 days period starting from 13th April, 2019 to allow operations of the earth station with call sign #E190099 in order to carry out the antenna performance tests and to provide communication services on NSS-11 satellite which is located at 176deg E orbital position. The earth station would use 14-14.5 GHZ for the uplink service and the frequencies of NSS-11 (call sign#S3037) as granted by FCC for the receive services (12.25 to 12.75 GHz) with no interference, no protection basis.
