Pursuant to its pending earth station modification at the same location (Call Sign: 100088), O3b Limited requests special temporary authority to operate its 7.3m antenna earth station at Haleiwa, Hawaii using the frequency bands 19.7-20.2 and 29.5-30.0 GHz bands for period of 30 days beginning on March 22nd, 2019. The gateway will use these bands to conduct in-orbit testing with the next 4 O3b NGSO satellites, scheduled to launch in March, 2019.
