(“RiteNet”), the applicant in the above-referenced proceeding, hereby submits this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.65, to withdraw certain aspects of its application for a 60-day special temporary authorization (“STA”) to operate Ku-band earth stations aboard aircraft (“ESAA”) terminals with satellites on the Permitted Space Station List. Specifically, RiteNet seeks to withdraw its request for authority to communicate with all satellites on Permitted Space Station List and, instead, respectfully requests that the application be processed only with respect to communication with EUTELSAT 113WA satellite, currently listed on the Permitted Space Station List.1 Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this matter.
