- Due to the retirement of its chief engineer and miscommunication s between him and the licensee, the licensee inadvertently failed to file it license renewal prior to the 10/23/2017 expiration date of itslicense. The licensee greatly regrets its error. The licensee filed a request for STA, STA-20181003-02904, which was granted and expires on December 10, 2018. The licensee has also filed an application for a new license, SES-LIC-INTR2018-07337, on October 11, 2018, which is pending. Consequently, the licensee respectfully requests extension of the STA to operate until the new license is granted.
