Request for Extension of Special Temporary Authority On September 11, 2014, O3b Limited ("O3b") filed a request for special temporary authority ("STA") to conduct tests at the O3b facility in Bristow, Virginia, using two 1.2m antennas, during the 30—day period between October 20, 2014 and November 19, 2014.1 O3b, pursuant to Section 25.120 of the Commission‘s rules,2 hereby requests an extension of its STA covering the 30—day period between November 20, 2014, and December 20, 2014. O3b‘s extension request is supported by good cause. An extension will enable O3b to continue its testing and evaluation of 03b services that could benefit the U.S. Department of Defense.
