Intelsat North America LLC herein requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority for 30 days, from November 24, 2010 through December 23, 2010, to use its Clarksburg, Maryland C− band earth station, call sign KA275, to provide launch and early orbit phase services for the Intelsat 17 satellite that is expected to be launched as early as November 24, 2010. 13.
