Vizada, Inc. Request for Special Temporary Authority to Operate Remote ESV Antennas to Provide C—Band ESV Service via its Southbury, CT Teleport Call Sign WB36 FILE NO. SES—MEFS—20080606—00715 and SES—STA—20081208—01553 Vizada, Inc. ("Vizada") requests a grant of special temporary authority ("STA") to allow the continued provision of C—band ESV services via the Southbury Teleport (call sign WB36). Grant of this STA is in the public interest because it will assure continuity of service for Vizada‘s customers who now receive C—band ESV service via the Southbury Teleport. Accordingly, Vizada respectfully requests that the Bureau grant this STA for a period of sixty days. Vizada agrees to continue to operate subject to the terms and conditions contained in the original STA grant. Any questions with respect to this matter may be directed to James G.
