Conditions SES-STA-20080804-01024 AT&T Corp.’s Special Temporary Authority is GRANTED WITH CONDITIONS from August 6, 2008 through October 5, 2008. All operations shall be on an unprotected and non-harmful interference basis, i.e., AT&T Corp. shall not cause harmful interference to, and shall not claim protection from, any other lawfully operating station. In the event of any harmful interference as a result of AT&T Corp.’s operations, AT&T Corp. shall cease operations immediately upon notification of such interference, and shall inform the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), in writing, immediately of such an event.
