| 12. Description.
Go2Tel.com., Inc. requests a Special Temporary Authority to permit operation of their proposed Ku-band transmit receive earth station. The earth station will be operating with the Intelsat 903 satellite at 34.5 degrees West Longitude. Business obligations have made it necessary that the earth station be placed into operation ahead of schedule. Therefore, in the public's interest the applicant requests a STA while their license application (SES-LIC-20070827-01134) is being processed.
