| 12. Description.
Intelsat LLC requests STA from 03/23/06 through 05/22/06, to perform tests on its E020169 earth station prior to grant of a pending modification application. The testing involves transmit emissions in portions of the 6525-6650 MHz band to INTELSAT 805@304.5 E.L.
