EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS WEEU Broadcasting Company Reading, PA The facility proposed in the attached application is a 3.7 m eter satellite downlink antenna mounted on a 2.7 meter (9 foot) pole, that is located on the roof of a 12.2 me- ter (40 foot) tall building. With the antenna in operation with any of the domestic arc, permitted list satellites, the maximum operational height will never exceed 4.6 meters (15 feet) above the roof of the existing building. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above the roof of an existing building will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
