They are used for the reception of weather data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's NOAAPort service over the Galazy 28 Satellite (ALSAT). This is pursuant to the Public Notice DA 18-398 issued April 19, 2018 and updated with DA 18-639 issued June 21, 2018. No coordination report is provided pursuant to the waiver provided in the Public Notices referenced.
