Dear International Bureau Staff,

 

My name is Patrick Cross. I serve as the legal representative for Hearst Properties Inc., the registrant of fixed earth station E190635, among others.

 

This correction is submitted in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Bureau’s July 6, 2020, Public Notice. See International Bureau Releases Preliminary List of Incumbent Earth Stations in the 3.7-4.2 GHz Band in the Contiguous United States, Public Notice, DA 20-703 (rel. July 6, 2020).

 

The registrant respectfully requests that earth station call sign E190635, file number SES-REG-20180911-04316, be modified to remove Antenna ID 3 from the attached registration and, therefore, for the corresponding entry for Antenna ID 3 to be removed from the Bureau’s Preliminary List of Incumbent Earth Stations (the “List”). It has come to the licensee’s attention that the dish associated with Antenna ID 3 operates solely in the Ku band, and is therefore ineligible for reimbursement within the context of the current proceeding.

 

All other dishes and associated List entries for earth station call sign E190635 are correct and remain eligible for reimbursement.
