Sandusky, Ohio The facility proposed in the attached application is a f ixed downlink with the satel- lite antenna permanently ground mounted. The satellite antenna is a 3.0 meter para- bolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 4.5 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 6.0 meters above ground. Therefore, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above ground does not exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
