Dortch Secretary Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street SW Washington, DC 20554 RE: SUPPLEMENTAL LETTER – LICENSE MODIFICATION APPLICATION Dear Ms. Dortch: Globecomm License Sub LLC (“Globecomm”) respectfully submits this supplemental letter to update portions of its September 18, 2018 License Modification Application (“MOD”) to modify its Laurel, Maryland earth station license, call sign E020288, by adding a new 3.8 meter Ku-band antenna (GSM-15) and a new 4.0 meter Ku-band antenna (GSM-16) to the authorization.1 Globecomm confirms that it will operate the GSM−16 antenna at the EIRP level and EIRP density level in compliance with Footnotes US356 and US357 of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations and in accordance with Section 25.212(c)(2) of the FCC’s rules.
