FCC Form 312 Attachment – Response to Question E 15 In order to remedy the proposed antennas non-compliance with the antenna gain patterns specified in Section 25.209, DataPath reduced the EIRP density (10.6 dB). This lowered the emission levels in the direction of other satellites to compliant levels. See Section 25.218. The antenna is elliptical and does not rotate. The worst case pattern mask violation is a vertical cut at 14.00 GHz at 1.5 degrees offset from beam peak. The gain at a 1.5 degrees offset exceeds the mask by 10.6 dB. The maximum EIRP density will therefore be -14 dBW/ 4 kHz – 10.6 dB + 39.8 dBi = 15.2 dBW/ 4kHz. EAST\114586109.1$
