Exhibit A Response to Question 43, FCC Form 312 Intelsat’s modification application seeks to add additional bands, 6425-6669 MHz, 6669-6681 MHz, and 6681-6725 MHz to E030071. Intelsat also seeks to add emission designators to the 6425-6669 MHz, 6669-6681 MHz, 6681-6725 MHz, and 5850-5925 MHz bands. Schedule B provides details of the bands, emission designators, and the antenna transmit gain at 6500 MHz. Intelsat does not seek to delete any items from the existing grant or to make any changes to the antenna power level at the flange or the maximum EIRP for all carriers.
