Thank you. I put the new information in Questions 1—8 and 9—16, but here it is:

(Registrant‘s name doesn‘t change)
New address:
14 Fir Street
Schleswig, IA 51461
903—220—0070

Contact Representative:
Stephen Flessner
MVPD Services, LLC
PO Box 4863
Parker, CO 80134
sflessner@reachbroadband.net
903—220—0070 x322

By the way, Eleanor, it‘s been a long time since I‘ve heard your name, and I was pleased that you‘re still
there. When I worked at TCI, Madonna Guenthner had nothing but good things to say about you. I hope that
you remember her, or at least her name. She retired a while back.

Yes you are right, but I need to know what the address is that you are changing on both these?
You should have attach a letter tell me the new address data or put the information on the FCC
form 312 in the question Description Number #43, so at this point just sent me the address
information in email for the both of these application and I will take care of it.

Subject: Re: Address Change question on Application Filed?

Good afternoon, Ms. Lott,

I was not aware that a simple mailing address change required a Schedule B. The Main Form is
not clear on how to file for a Registrant‘s address change that doesn‘t have any corresponding
technical changes.

Are you saying that the Schedule B is required, even though no technical changes are taking
place?

Perhaps there is a simpler form to file to notify the Commission of a Registrant‘s mailing address
change. If so, I‘d like to know what it is. Perhaps a modification app is not the right way to do
this.

Thank you for your assistance.

       Hello Mr. Stephen Flessner,

On July 7, 2014, you filed (two) Receive—Only Earth Station Application
Modifications for Call Sign E7943, SES—MOD—20140707—00558 and E2515,SES—
MOD—20140707—00557, to change address only for these but you didn‘t submit
the FCC Schedule B for the technical changes on the address change requested?
Therefore your applications for modification is unaccepted as filed? So contact
me to let me know what is what or going on with these two filings?

       Thank you
       Eleanor Lott
