Exhibit A This application seeks to modify the license for KA264 to authorize its operation at Intelsat’s Hagerstown, Maryland teleport following the antenna’s relocation from Clarksburg, Maryland. The main characteristics of the antenna and overall frequency range remain the same as the current license. The only additional change being requested is the addition of several new emission designators and associated power levels. The requested changes are set forth in Schedule B. Additionally, in Schedule B, Intelsat has removed certain previously licensed points of communication that are no longer needed or are included within ALSAT authority. All other licensed parameters remain the same.
