ISAT US Inc. FCC Form 312 Supplement to Modification Application Inmarsat can confirm that the BGAN 9202 will have a shut-off time of less than three seconds and, in fact, of less than one second. This should meet any shut-off standard that has been applied to date. This filing incorporates by reference the detailed showing addressing compliance with Section 25.136(d) that Inmarsat made in its initial blanket license application. See Exhibit E, Section E of IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20090217-00184. That showing remains equally applicable to the BGAN 9202 and operations of the BGAN 9202 will comply with Section 25.136(d) requirements in the same manner.
