This configuration is electrically identical to that already authorized by the Commission, although the IsatPhone* will have a slightly different form factor." The IsatPhone 2 will also have the same shut—off time ofless than three seconds as the IsatPhone Pro and otherwise operate in a similar manner." Although Inmarsat does not require prior approval from the Commission to offer service using this new configuration, Inmarsat is filing this notice to ensure that the Commission is informed with respect to this development.
