("CapRock"), the licensee of fixed earth station E78181, this letter serves as notification to the Commission of the commencement of operations of earth station E7818 as authorized under File No. SES-MOD-20100323-00339. Earth Station E7818 was modified by Schlumberger Technology Corporation ("Schlumberger"), CapRock's predecessor in interest for the subject license, under FCC File No. SES-MOD- 20100323-00339. The purpose of that modification was solely to change the regulatory status of the subject earth station facility from Common Carrier to Non-Common Carrier. No technical changes resulted from that modification. Out of an abundance of caution, CapRock hereby submits this certification pursuant to the requirements of Special Provision 2939 of the authorization issued to Schlumberger on May 04, 2010.
