Globecomm Systems, Inc. desires to modify license E990402 to delete antenna AOT 11 from the license, and to transfer the traffic licensed on antenna AOT 11, as well as operations to the Hispasat 1C satellite in the extended Ku−band, to antenna AOT 10. Globecomm Systems, Inc. desires to modify license E990402 to delete antenna AOT 11 from the license, and to transfer the traffic licensed on antenna AOT 11, as well as operations to the Hispasat 1C satellite in the extended Ku−band, to antenna AOT 10. Further, the emissions originally licensed on antenna AOT 10 will remain on the license. Antenna AOT 10 will continue to provide digital video and data services to their clients. 25
