Re: Clarification Regarding E020169 Modification Application File No. SES—MFS—20081201—01521 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat North America LLC ("Intelsat""), in response to a recent inquiry from International Bureau staff, herein clarifies the polarization information in the above referenced application. Specifically, Intelsat wishes to clarify that the proposed new extended C—band frequencies will be using circular and linear polarizations. Accordingly, item E46 of Schedule B, Form 312 of the above referenced application should reflect the selection of "Linear and Circular" _ from the drop—down list.
