Mainstream Data, Inc. Amendment to SES-LIC-20190430-00558, E190254 1. The remote control point for this VSAT facility is: 375 Chipeta Way, Suite B Salt Lake City, Utah 84108 Telephone No. 801-584-2800 2. All transmit and receive frequencies on Hub and all of the remote antennas are amended to show 11.7-12.2 MH (downlink frequencies) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (uplink frequencies). 3. All antennae that are proposed to receive in 10.7 GHz be changed to 10.95 GHz. 4. The Emission Designator for Antenna 2 in Bandwidth 1M6 is amended to 1M60G7D. 5. The Emission Designator for Antenna 2 is corrected to 54M0G78. 6. In Antenna 13, Frequency 14.8 is amended to reflect 14.5 GHz. 7. The eirp per carrier value for antenna 10 to meet the maximum input power at the antenna flange is 49 dBW. 8. In the Hub section, the 800KG7D emission is amended to 14000 MHz – 14500 MHz 9. The application is amended to add the additional modulations of 8PSK and 16APSK to all antennae.
