FREQUENCY COORDINATION CERTIFICATION FOR C-BAND OPERATION The applicant is aware of the FCC Rules and Regulations Part 25.130(b), which states that a frequency coordination analysis will be submitted with this application. However, as this request for application is for a transportable earth station that will operate at various locations throughout the United States and it’s territories, no specific site is identified during the filing process. The applicant does not request that the coordination process be circumvented, rather that no coordination exhibit is required for this transportable application. The following certification demonstrates that the applicant will follow the coordination process required for temporary earth station operation. The applicant certifies that they are familiar with Parts 101 and 25 of the FCC Rules and Regulations regarding the frequency coordination process. The applicant is aware of the necessity and agrees to perform an analysis and notify potentially affected carriers prior to transmitting at each location.
