CERTIFICATION 1. I am the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs of O3b Limited (“O3b”), which is the holder of a blanket license for transmissions between the earth stations under call sign E140101 and the O3b satellite system, Call Sign S2935. The blanket license requires that O3b file a certification that includes (1) the name of the licensee, (2) the file number of the application, (3) the call sign of the antennas, (4) the date of the license, (5) certification that the facility as authorized has been completed, (6) certification that each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209 and (7) certification that the network was put into operation and will remain operational during the license period. 2. O3b hereby certifies that it has placed into operation the earth station network authorized under call sign E140101 (File Number SES‐LIC‐20141001‐00781, granted June 8, 2015). O3b’s earth station network will remain operational during the license period. 3. O3b hereby certifies that the facility as authorized has been completed, and that each antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209. 4.
