BFI Licenses, LLC Form 312 April 2012 Statement Pursuant to Section 17.14(a) of the Commission’s Rules The 11 meter antenna that is the subject of this application is exempt from notification to the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) because the antenna is located in an area with multiple structures of a permanent and substantial character that are the same height or taller than the antenna itself. See 47 C.F.R. § 17.14(a). The antenna will be co-located with more than a dozen existing large transmit/receive earth stations that each have a height above ground level that is equivalent to or greater than the subject antenna.
