My apologies for the error. I think I was using my hand calculator versus my spreadsheet and this may have been a
rounding error issue.

Using my spread sheet and re calculating the azimuth/elevation angles for the east / west satellites indicated, I get:
For easternmost satellite (89 deg WL) 116.0 deg az and 4.93 deg el
For westernmost satellite (178 deg WL) 211.38 deg az and 16.88 deg el

This matches what you have in your attachment.
