EXHIBIT A FCC Form 312, Response to Question 43 Intelsat North America LLC (“Intelsat”) herein requests authorization for a new 16.4m C- band earth station to be located at its Mountainside, Maryland teleport facility. The proposed earth station will communicate with all U.S.-licensed and Permitted List satellites in the 5925-6425 MHz and 3700-4200 MHz frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority for its new earth station to communicate with the Intelsat 905, Intelsat 903, and Intelsat 907 satellites in the 5850-5925 MHz and 3625-3700 MHz frequency bands. The relevant technical information is provided in Exhibits B, C, and D of this application.
