The earth station commenced operations on December 10, 2008 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation. I am authorized to certify on behalf of Harris that each antenna facility associated with E080151 has been tested and is within 2 dB of the pattern specified in Section 25.209.
