Name of Licensee: Grand Valley State University Application File Number: SES—LIC:—20061002—01702 Call Sign: Esoosos Date of License: December 6, 2006 Based on information provided by GVSU‘s Chief Engineer, it is certified that the facility as authorized has been completed and that the antenna facility has been tested and is within 2 dB of the patter specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s Rules. The earth station was operational on the day of the license grant, December 6, 2006."
