("MTN"), through counsel, and pursuant to Section 25.133 of the Commission‘s Rules, notifies the Commission thatit has completed construction and commenced operating its C—band transmit/receive earth station referenced above. MTN completed construction on December 30, 2005 and tested and verified that the antenna and RF equipment are operating within the 24B pattern specified in Section 25.209 of the Commission‘s Rules. The station became operational on January 6, 2006 and will remain operational during the license period unless the license is submitted for cancellation.
