        Dear Ms. Dortch:

               We hereby notify you that the name of the licensee of the above—referenced
        station has changed, effective December 16, 2015, to Virgin Islands Public
        Broadcasting System (VIPBS), pursuant to an Act of the Legislature of the Virgin
        Islands as approved by the Governor. A copy of the Act is attached. There has been
        no change in ownership or control. The new name reflects the fact that VIPBS has
        recently become the licensee of a public radio station along with its long—established
        public television station.

               Please address any questions concerning this filing to this office.
