Some of the parameters of the license you requested in your application are inconsistent with one or more of the Commission's rules. Rather than denying your application, however, we have issued a license to you with those parameters adjusted slightly from those specified in your application to bring all parameters of the earth station into conformance with the rules. You have 30 days from the date of issuance of this license to decline it as conditioned. Failure to respond within this period will constitute formal acceptance of the authorization as conditioned. In addition, the Commission's rules allow you to file a petition for reconsideration of this license grant within 30 days of its issuance.
