I am awaiting a response from Artel Inc., the service provider that is obtaining the affidavits for us. ARTEL Inc. is working on the affidavits with the satellite operators in obtaining letters to support our license petition. I just provided them additional technical information that they requested. They stated that they would have a response back to me in a week or two. You should have received our response that was sent to PANAM SAT’s concerning the Petition to Deny that they submitted to you.
